John brings over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development to the CIS team. Having worked on such high profile projects as the Tops Markets Corporate Headquarters, and the $57.5 million HSBC Data Center, his expertise includes customer program development, project schedule development and management, value engineering, design management and quality assurance and control.

Thomas P. McCormick, Principal

Tom is responsible for overseeing the entire interior construction process from initial space evaluation and design, through owner occupancy. With a diverse background in traditional and SMED construction, Tom has coordinated projects from 500 to 200,000 square feet, and is experienced in all aspects of project budgeting and estimating, construction management, space and use planning, design and production management.
